Tri-County RWD #2 is nearing the end of our billing software transition. Our online billing platform and pay-by-phone system will be unavailable during this billing cycle. We recognize that this may cause a temporary inconvenience for our customers, and we would like to thank you in advance for your patience during this process. We expect to include instructions on your Oct 27th statement on how to set up a new Online Portal within our new website. Be aware that future statements may have a different appearance. Any callers looking to obtain account information after October 7th may be required to answer upgraded account security questions.
