WINTER STORM RECOVERY

Dear Customers,

Tri-County Rural Water District #2, along with several other rural water Districts, has experienced a significant impact on water storage supply levels following the recent winter storm. Although levels were at full capacity prior to the storm, high demand and line breaks during the freezing temperatures have reduced our reserves. Our crews are working to replenish the District’s towers and are collaborating with Emergency Management to identify infrastructure leaks.

During this recovery period, the District will issue alerts regarding temporary, system-wide service interruptions. We will continue to schedule these events during nighttime hours whenever possible. Should daytime or extended interruptions become necessary, we will notify customers as early as possible through our alert system.

Bottled drinking water and non-potable water are available at our office. If you need non-potable water, please bring your own jugs.

If you are not currently receiving alerts, please register on our website at

Thank you for your continued patience.

Sincerely,

Management
